Meet Tracie
Hello! I’m Tracie, though many know me as “Mamma Tracie.” I’m a proud mother of three, grandmother of three, and a retired school counselor with a lifelong passion for helping others through important life moments.
I spent 36 years in education, including 26 years as a high school counselor. Throughout that time, I supported hundreds of students and families each year while managing the needs of more than 500 students at a time. Organization, clear communication, and attention to detail were essential in that role — and they remain some of my greatest strengths today.
When I helped my daughter plan her wedding, something clicked. I naturally stepped into the role of coordinator and advocate, working with vendors, managing timelines, and keeping every detail on track. I loved the process, and it was especially rewarding to hear compliments from vendors and guests about how seamless and organized everything felt.
That experience showed me how many brides are juggling full-time jobs, budgets, busy schedules, and endless decisions — often without enough time or support to manage it all.
That’s why I created my wedding planning lite service: to offer practical, affordable help for brides who want to stay organized, communicate clearly with vendors, and feel confident throughout the planning process.
